What area's do you cover?

Our studio is based in Bramfield, Hertfordshire but we travel all over the UK to complete assignments.

 

How do I get a quote?

To receive a free quote simply call Rob at 01992 662799 or email robertmills@robertmillsphotography.co.uk . You can also arrange a meeting to sit with us in the studio with a cuppa and a biscuit to discuss assignments.

 

What are your opening hours?

The main opening hours for the studio is Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm but are available to work out of hours to complete assignments.

 

How do I get to see my images?

We supply the photos on an online viewing gallery for you but can also set up a meeting at the studio in order to talk through the images.

 

How do I make an enquiry?

What type of photography do you do?

We cover a wide range of photography, such as; interior, commercial, portrait/family, food, events, and product to name a few.

 

How far in advance do I have to book a shoot?

The recommended time is to book a shoot 2-4 weeks before the desired day of shooting.

 

What is the turnaround time for the images?

We usually have your photographs returned within a week of the shoot. If you have a specific deadline to meet please let us know and we will always endeavour to meet it. We process all of our photographs in-house so have complete control of our work flow.

 

What are your prices?

Please contact us to discuss your requirements as all our quotes are bespoke. Once we agree on a price, there will be no hidden or extra fees, each quote is tailor made to your exact assignment. Feel free to either give us a call or email and we will respond within a matter of hours.

 

Who owns the Copyright of the images?

Copyright remains the property of Robert Mills Photography, however the images are issued to you and usage can be agreed for any requirement you have.

 

What file format are the images in?

All images are taken in the RAW format, and normally issued to clients in Jpeg.

 

What happens if I need to cancel, postpone or reschedule my shoot?

We will always try and accommodate rescheduling shoots as much as possible, after all, we are aware that sometimes things happen, such as weather that leave us no choice. Please see our terms of business regarding shoot cancellations.

 

Do you have commercial photography terms & conditions?

Yes we do, find them here.

 

Do you sell and print photographs on site?

Yes, we are able to print and sell photographs within a matter of minutes at an event.

 

I like a photo, can it be cropped before purchase?

Of course, once you have seen your photos, if there is any slight adjust for example a crop, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

 

Are you CRB checked?

Yes, our photographer Rob is CRB checked.

 

Do you do green screen photography?

We most definitely do, it is a great bit of fun for events, check our this page to see more.

 

Can you bring your studio to me?

We surely can, we have professional portable lighting and backdrops to take with us on location. 

 

Where do I send my products to be photographed?

Products can either be shot at our studio or at your location, we recommended that you are present at the shoot, this way we can get an even better understanding of your requirements. This isn't necessary but if you want great a mug of coffee and further input then we recommend it.

 

Do you edit/retouch the images?

We do, but be sure to let us know if you have any special requirements.
